Learn project management by managing a project
Most project management courses teach concepts one unit at a time. This qualification takes a different approach.
From the moment you begin, you will work through the lifecycle of a project, progressively building the plans, schedules, registers and project documents used in real workplace environments.
As you move through the qualification, you will apply project management techniques to a single project, developing practical skills while creating the documentation required to support successful project delivery.
By the time you graduate, you will not just understand project management concepts. You will have applied them. You will have planned a project, supported delivery, managed project controls, engaged stakeholders, responded to risk and completed project closure activities.
Most importantly, you will graduate with a complete Project Management Portfolio that demonstrates your capability across the full project lifecycle.
