Make sure the course is BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, not a "leadership certificate" or a short course that sounds similar. It may not if your study time is Sunday night. Ask what help looks like at the times you will actually be studying.
Marking turnaround
Ask how many working days it takes to mark and return an assessment. The providers we checked that publish a figure quoted 5 to 7 working days. A clear number is a good sign. "As soon as we can" is not.
Feedback you can act on
"Not Yet Competent" on its own sends you back to guess. Feedback that says what is missing and how to fix it gets you through a resubmission in one go. Ask to see an example with personal details removed. A provider confident in its feedback will usually show you.
